All Saints introduction

Although All Saints is within and forms part of the combined Parish with St Andrews, it has a distinctive character and beautifully peaceful setting beside the River Chelmer.

Holy Communion Services, largely based on the 1662 prayer book, are at 9am on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays in the month, 9:00 am 2nd Sunday – Morning Prayer, 9:00 am 4th Sunday – Common Worship with Holy Communion and hymns and in the main are conducted by Reverend Derek Clark , Associate Priest.

Refreshments served from Hospitality Unit on 1st and 4th Sundays.

On the 1st Sundays and for special events Rev Derek pulls his Welfare unit down to the church behind his tractor. He adapted this himself to provide toilet and kitchen facilities so that refreshments can be served and “comfort “ facilities are available. Bishop Stephen came to bless this in May 2018

Special services are held from time to time (please see Events) and the church is also opened when the wonderful gardens nearby at Ulting Wick are opened, usually twice a year.
